About this map: This depiction of Puerto Rico’s tropical cyclone activity utilizes Extended Best Track (EBT) data collected from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The hexagonal grids utilized in this representation of tropical cyclone winds provide a standardized method for overlaying multiple hazards each with different spatial representations.
